3. Taste : Cool Sensation in Mouth.
 
4. Acidity / Alkalinity
 : Neutral to Litmus Paper.
 
5. Specific Optical Rotation :  - 42' to - 44'
 
6. Assay by GLS : 
         (I) L-Menthol : 96%
         (II) Total Menthol Contents : 97%
